When is my plan billed?

We'll charge your credit card whenever we ship you more food. About a day before your order is scheduled to ship, we'll run your card to make sure it still works and get your shipment ready. Once it's shipped, we finalize the purchase.

If you're wondering when that day is, look for the change deadline for your next order. Once you pass the deadline where you can't make changes to your order anymore, that's about when we bill too.
