How do I cancel or pause my deliveries?

You can’t ever. Just kidding - It's actually really easy.

You can "Pause" your subscription to stop any further deliveries and charges. Log in to your account page and under the "Support" section, there is a link to pause your subscription. This is perfect for any situation where you don't want to continue using Ya Doggie, expect to be out of town for a long period of time, or simply haven't decided what you want to do yet and don't want to be billed anymore. At any time, you can always log back in to your account and resume your shipments.

You won't be able to pause your subscription when an upcoming delivery is processing or has been shipped. Once it has been delivered, you'll have the option to pause again.

If you're new to the service and you or your dog didn't like or agree with the food or our service, we want to make it right. Please reach out to us to request a refund or give us the chance to try something else with you and your dog. If you can, let us know what went wrong so we can hopefully improve on it in the future.
